Choosing the Right LED Display
Send us the overall screen size, indoor or outdoor environment, viewing distance, installation method, service-access direction, content type, destination and required schedule. Site photos or drawings are useful. With these details, JYLED can compare suitable pixel pitches, cabinet formats, control options and accessories instead of quoting a generic screen that may not fit the project.
Pixel pitch is the distance between neighboring LEDs. A smaller pitch provides more pixels within the same screen area and is usually better for close viewing, but it can also increase cost. Select pitch from viewing distance, screen size, content detail, camera requirements and budget—not simply by choosing the smallest number.
Yes, when the display is configured for the outdoor environment. Confirm brightness, cabinet protection, ventilation, corrosion exposure, mounting method and local weather conditions. The required protection level and product configuration should be written into the model-specific quotation because indoor and outdoor LED displays are not interchangeable.
Front service is useful when there is little or no maintenance space behind the screen. Rear service can provide convenient access where a service aisle is available. The choice affects the cabinet, supporting structure, wiring and maintenance clearance, so send the installation section or site dimensions before the final configuration is confirmed.
Screen resolution is calculated from the physical display size and pixel pitch. A smaller pitch places more pixels into the same area. Suitable viewing distance also depends on content detail, brightness, camera use and the installation environment. Ask for the calculated pixel resolution in the quotation so you can compare proposals on the same basis.
Project Planning & Quotation
A useful quotation should identify the screen type, pixel pitch, display size, calculated resolution, module and cabinet configuration, brightness, maintenance method, control system, power requirements, accessories, spare parts, packing, delivery terms, warranty scope and schedule. Compare these line by line; a total price alone is not enough to confirm that two proposals cover the same project.
Yes. After the screen and installation requirements are confirmed, JYLED can prepare project drawing references covering display dimensions, cabinet arrangement, mounting interfaces, power and signal routes, and service access where applicable. Final structural loads, electrical compliance and locally stamped documents should be confirmed by the responsible local project team.
JYLED can support installation planning with project drawings, wiring references, manuals and remote guidance. On-site service availability depends on the destination, project scope, schedule and local conditions and must be confirmed in the quotation. The local installer remains responsible for site measurements, local code compliance and final structural and electrical work.
A project spare package may include matching LED modules, power supplies, receiving cards, cables and connectors. The quantity depends on the screen size, model and maintenance plan. Ask for spare parts as separate quotation lines, record the exact part models and confirm batch compatibility so replacements can be used without creating color or control-system mismatches.
Production, Delivery & Support
JYLED checks modules and the assembled display during production. Every order completes a 48-hour powered aging test before final inspection and packing so visible, module, signal and system issues can be identified while correction is still possible. The applicable inspection records and acceptance requirements should be agreed for the specific order.
A regular LED display order may use 15–20 days as an initial production reference, while some rental configurations can be shorter. Custom designs, large quantities and special components may require more time. The final schedule should be confirmed after specifications, drawings, component availability and order conditions are approved, and the agreed date should appear in the quotation or contract.
Do not rely on one generic warranty number for every LED display. Coverage can vary by model, configuration, market and service scope. Confirm the warranty period, covered parts, exclusions, response method, replacement process and freight responsibility in the written quotation or contract before ordering.
The available payment method, deposit, balance trigger, currency and bank charges should be written in the proforma invoice or contract for the current order. Before making payment, verify the beneficiary and bank account through a known contact channel. A website FAQ should not replace the commercial terms issued for your specific project.
For efficient troubleshooting, keep the order number, product model, project drawings, wiring records, spare-parts list and control-system backup. When reporting an issue, send clear photos or video and describe when it occurs. Support may include remote diagnosis, documentation and replacement-part coordination according to the agreed service and warranty scope.
