What information is needed before production?
Send the screen size, application, pixel pitch, installation method, service access, control requirement, destination, and required delivery date.
How long does production normally take?
Regular LED screens normally require 15–20 days, while rental LED screens normally require about 7 days. Final timing depends on model, quantity, materials, and schedule.
Can we visit the factory or arrange a video review?
Yes. Confirm the product and stages you need to inspect so JYLED can prepare the relevant workshop route, sample, or screen configuration.
Can JYLED provide project drawings?
Engineering drawings can support project-based screen configuration and installation coordination when the required site information is available.
What happens before the order is packed?
The assembled screen proceeds through powered checks, 48-hour aging, final inspection, and project-specific packing.
