When it comes to how to make an LED display, the original building blocks may be similar, but the manufacturing processes are often different according to the type of screen. For instance, building an LED panel display requires different processes than building an LED glass wall. All our LED screens and video wall products are manufactured using the latest cutting-edge tools, techniques, and machinery at our China facilities.

The best LED screen for a building facade is influenced by the building structure, viewing distance, transparency requirements, and outdoor conditions. Outdoor fixed LED displays are suitable for solid facades, while transparent or mesh LED screens are often better for glass curtain walls and structures where airflow or natural light must be preserved.
For close-up viewing, P4.8–P6.67 is typically chosen, while for distant large-scale buildings, P8–P10 or larger pixel pitches are recommended.
An accurate quotation requires information on screen size, building type, installation height, viewing distance, indoor/outdoor environment, pixel pitch, screen type, and quantity ordered.
For complex buildings, we recommend providing CAD drawings, architectural elevation plans, or on-site photos. Please also specify whether structural steel, front/back maintenance access, control systems, installation, and shipping services are required, so our engineers can configure the solution accurately.
If installed on a glass curtain wall, and you need to maintain the lighting and indoor view, you can choose the transparent LED screen; for large building facades, where lightweight, ventilation and wind load are more important considerations, the LED mesh screen would be more suitable.

For LED screens in high-rise buildings, the front maintenance method is suitable for projects with limited space on the backside, allowing for the LED modules replacement from the front of the screen; for rear maintenance, space for backside inspection needs to be reserved.
