Production is supported by 42 SMT placement machines, nine auxiliary machines and defined inspection stages. Capacity and lead time are confirmed against the final configuration and order schedule.
Cabinet & Screen Assembly
Modules, receiving cards, power distribution and cabinet structure are assembled to the approved project configuration.
Powered Aging & Inspection
Modules undergo 48 hours of aging; complete screens undergo 72 hours before final inspection and packing.

JYLED maintains more than 58 certificates and test documents across its product ranges. CE, FCC, RoHS and IP68 documentation can be provided for project and import review.

Is JYLED a manufacturer or a trading company?
JYLED combines manufacturing and international trade. The production workflow covers SMT, LED module manufacturing, cabinet assembly, powered aging and final inspection.
Can JYLED support OEM and ODM projects?
Yes. Support can include samples, drawings, size, appearance, packaging and project-specific configuration. Tooling and production-line changes are quoted separately when required.
What information is needed to start an LED display project?
Please provide the application, indoor or outdoor environment, required screen size, viewing distance, installation method and target delivery date.
Can you provide certificates for import or project review?
Yes. CE, FCC, RoHS, IP68 and other available documents can be matched to the applicable product model for review.
Can JYLED support installation outside China?
Remote technical guidance is available. Engineer support can also be arranged for accessible destinations, subject to visa, travel, accommodation and project scheduling.

- Aging Test: each LED display is tested and checked before shipment. We test each display to detect broken lock or light.
- LED Module: the brightness is tested to ensure accurate and high brightness display.
